- We have a breast cancer specific group called Bosom Pals.
- We hold monthly information and discussion evenings in the Geneva area.
- We organize cancer information and awareness-raising events within the community.
- We work closely with English-speaking health professionals and complementary therapists, many of whom volunteer their services.
- We maintain a comprehensive library of books, pamphlets, audio CDs and videos on cancer issues and complementary therapies as well as articles.
- We maintain a user-friendly website which includes information about our upcoming activities and useful links.
The information and services obtained from ESCA and its volunteers should not be a substitute for the advice and regular care of a doctor or other health care professional.
While ESCA maintains a list of doctors and other medical professionals who speak English, this should not be considered an endorsement of any particular person on the list.
And while ESCA maintains a policy of confidentiality, it should be understood that information about a person contacting ESCA may be shared among Committee Members, in order to best meet that person’s needs.
