Each counsellor has broad experience in helping people who are going through critical times of their lives. They can offer at least three individual 60-minute sessions at no charge, thanks to our generous donors.
Our trained and supervised peer supporters, who have first-hand experience with cancer, can help in many ways: providing transportation, shopping for groceries, making a home visit or simply being there to listen.
Coaching support for people diagnosed with cancer and direct caregivers having to manage work adjustments and transitions, free of charge.
Visit our drop-in centre to learn more about the services we offer, as well as take advantage of our resource library and lists of community resources and complementary therapists.
Our library is available for all patients, carers, volunteers, peer supporters, counsellors, therapists and more. We have many books on diagnosis, treatment, and coping with cancer as well as Macmillan brochures.
