Participants will require doctor’s approval and must be able to sit
and lie on the floor and then stand up without much difficulty.
Pilates helps to improve flexibility and balance, refocus on breathing, heighten body awareness and develop core strength. Manali is a specially trained instructor and works with cancer patients, helping them reconcile changes in body movement and function, post and pre-treatment.
