A workshop for people wishing to successfully return to their job after cancer treatment
Run by Work&Cancer Balance.
*Postponed until further notice*
Returning to work after cancer can be a challenging prospect. Even if you are eager to return, you may have mixed emotions and perhaps even worry about the way things will go. You may be concerned about how your employer and co-workers will react, and if there will be questions about your ability to perform your usual role. You may wonder what you are capable of and also be uncertain about what you expect from your job.
This workshop will help to prepare for your return to work from a mental, an emotional and a practical point of view. By taking you through the common challenges and pitfalls of returning to work, the assessment of your own situation and the preparation of your individual return-to-work plan, you will be able to re-enter your job as comfortably as possible.
Work&Cancer balance supports people with cancer to work during and after the treatments. We help employees and employers by providing coaching, training and consulting. The workshop will be facilitated by two professional coaches devoted to guiding others into increased competence, commitment, and confidence, with extensive knowledge of the corporate world: Caroline Brenot and Kate Lindley, PhD.
