Join us for a creative journey, a safe and supportive environment to explore loss and grief through Art Therapy.
A 4-week programme designed for anyone who has lost a loved one to cancer.
These sessions offer an approach to ongoing bereavement care through creative art making to help navigate the difficult landscape of grief and the experience of loss. Visual image making offers an expression of thoughts, feelings and emotions which support individuals in developing inner resources and hope in finding a way forward.
You don’t need to have artistic skills or background at all.
See our Calendar for dates and times of next course.
