Art Therapy for the Bereaved

Support Service:

Join us for a creative journey, a safe and supportive environment to explore loss and grief through Art Therapy. These sessions offer an approach to ongoing bereavement care through creative art making to help navigate the difficult landscape of grief and the experience of loss.

Visual image making offers an expression of thoughts, feelings and emotions which support individuals in developing inner resources and hope in finding a way forward. You don’t need to have artistic skills or background at all.

Participants of previous Art Therapy groups said:

“You don’t need to be able to paint or draw to benefit.”

“Important time for yourself.”

“An opportunity to deal with emotions in a different way.”

“To take a protected adventure.”
