Whether you have been diagnosed with cancer or are dealing with a loved one’s illness, Cancer Support Switzerland is here to support you. All our services are free of charge and in English. We have services and activities available in Geneva, Vaud, Zurich and online.
Our Centre will be closed from 22 December 2025 to 2 January 2026. You can find full details of paused services on our Support Services calendar.
If you need assistance during this time, our support line is available at all times: +41 (0) 22 723 22 31 or support@cancersupport.ch.
Get support when you need it. Cancer can affect your life in many ways. Find out how we can support you and your loved ones.Â
Send a message to support@cancersupport.ch or call to leave a voice message through our support line +41 (0)22 723 22 31 or just come in to our Drop-In. Click here to learn more about our Drop-In.
Within one working day, a counsellor will reach out to set up a time for an initial conversation, either in person or online. This will allow us to understand your situation and needs.
Based on your wishes and needs, our counselling and support services team will recommend services, whether it’s counselling, support groups or other services and activities. We will follow your situation and you can get in touch any time to request different or additional support. Â
Our services are tailored to the needs of the individual or family to help make sure no one faces cancer alone. Find what you are looking for here or contact us with any questions or doubts, no matter how small.
Whether you are interested to know more about us, would like to request support or explore volunteering or partnering, we are happy to hear from you.Â
