Mark Hawkins brings over 25 years of experience advising boards and executive leadership teams on strategic, operational and financial matters. He has built a distinguished career at EY, where he currently serves as Managing Partner for the Romandie region, leading a team of over 650 professionals and significantly expanding the firm’s regional practice.
Throughout his career, Mark has supported organisations ranging from start-ups to multinational companies, with expertise spanning governance, risk management, transactions and assurance. He has extensive experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, capital markets transactions and internal control frameworks, and is a trusted sparring partner to senior executives and board members.
In addition to his professional work, Mark is actively engaged in mentoring and coaching professionals and entrepreneurs, and regularly contributes to academic and professional communities through public speaking. He is a Council Member of the British Swiss Chamber of Commerce and an Executive Committee member of the ICAEW Chartered Accountants in Switzerland.
