Please note this Bereavement group is for those bereaved  spouses.

Bereavement groups are made up of a small number of people who have recently lost a loved one.
Specially trained counsellors lead the group once a week for 6 weeks.

• learn about the grieving process
• receive emotional support in a safe and non- judgemental environment
• share with other who have experienced a similar loss
• learn coping skills
