The March for Cancer Support was initiated as a means of spreading awareness about the services provided by Cancer Support Switzerland. The event was held in March and people were invited to participate by sporting branded gear and marching from the Château to Lake Geneva. A highlight of the march was watching the Jet d’Eau illuminated in Cancer Support Switzerland’s colours at the conclusion of the march.
In light of the organization’s growth and many other events thriving to raise awareness, it was decided to discontinue the Jet d’Eau event.
