Zurich Coordinator (60%) – We Are Hiring

Join our team in Zurich!

We are looking for a well-organised, proactive person to lead our outreach, build partnerships, and coordinate our local team of volunteers. This role is an opportunity to grow something of lasting value for people affected by cancer, with flexibility and purpose at its core.

You will be our main representative in the Zurich region, reporting to our Director in Geneva, working from home with regular in-person meetings and events. You will collaborate closely with our Geneva-based team and help ensure that our work reflects the needs of the local community.

This role is a good fit if you:

• Are fluent in English and German
• Have experience in community-building, partnership development and volunteer coordination in Switzerland, ideally in Zurich
• Are comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Are a strong communicator, with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders and foster collaboration.

·         A proactive, “start-up” mindset with a willingness to take initiative and drive change.Want to contribute to a mission-driven organisation with a professional and human approach

Your:

• Experience in a non-profit environment or health/well-being sector is a plus.

·         Experience with social media platforms and data management tools is desirable.

Details:

• 60% FTE position with flexible hours
• Remote work with regular in-person meetings in Zurich and occasional travel to Geneva
• Start date: to be agreed
• Valid work permit for Switzerland required
