The American International Women's Club of Geneva is hosting a walk during Steps for Cancer Support!
Meet at 18:00 Place des Grottes (behind Gare Cornavin). This will be a 2 hour loop, flat, walk through many of the beautiful parks in the Right Bank.
Rain or shine. No sign up needed. More info.
22 May 2025 - Cancer Support Switzerland Hosted Walk in Vaud
18:00 – 20:00
Join Marta Szymocha for a 2-hour loop walk through the beautiful and slightly hilly Arboretum park. We’ll take time to observe the rich vegetation and immerse ourselves in nature.
Meeting Point: Le Musée du Bois
Please wear hiking shoes, bring water, and dress in comfortable layers, as it may get cooler by the end of the walk. During the walk, we’ll pause for a 10–15 minute session of body activation and warm-up exercises.

Join the AIWC Friday hikers for a Loop walk from Lignon Tours through Vernier and back to Lignon.
We will be meeting at Gare Cornavin Pl. K to take the 9 bus to Lignon Tours at 8:59 or you can meet us at Lignon Tours Stop (Terminus for bus 9) at 9:18.

26 May 2025 - Cancer Support Switzerland Hosted Walk in Vaud

Great way to add steps to your counter before the fitness challenge closes, hopefully among blooming daffodils!
Join Marta Szymocha for a 2 hour loop walk (Circuit de Prantin), (200 meters up/down). Meeting Point: Les Motalles parking in Blonay (GPS: 46°29’09.0″N 6°55’12.3″E)
Wear hiking shoes, bring water, and dress in comfortable layers. We’ll also take a short 10–15 minute break for body activation and warm-up exercises during the walk.
27 May 2025 - Cancer Support Switzerland Zurich Walk and Celebration
16:45 – 18:00
Join fellow Zurich Steppers and get together for the final day of the Steps for Cancer Support challenge. We will go for a walk of around an hour, setting off at 17:00 and returning to the same point at 18:00.
Meeting point: Fork & Bottle, 8002 Zürich
Walk begins: 16:45
Dinner begins: 18:00
We then have a space reserved at Fork & Bottle to get together afterwards which we hope will be a lovely chance to celebrate the highs of the challenge. Anyone can join for the walk, or the get together afterwards. Fork & Bottle are putting on a buffet and bar just for us.
For those who would like to eat, it will be CHF 30 per person payable on the day. There will also be a children's menu.

Join us for an open and supportive communication around death and dying!
Through this unique event, we will discuss death, dying, and our mortality, and as we grow in awareness of mortality, we can live more fully, consciously, and intentionally.
All are welcome, it's free of charge, and it will be loosely facilitated as a group discussion. Join us for some drinks and snacks and share your thoughts, fears, and questions in a brave space.
